Carol Lee Rawn is an attorney with over twenty-five years of experience working with federal and state regulatory agencies, companies, investors and nonprofit organizations on transportation as well as a wide variety of other environmental issues. She previously served as General Counsel for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, as well as Deputy Legal Counsel to Massachusetts Governor William Weld. Carol Lee was also an attorney with the Conservation Law Foundation and the Natural Resources Defense Council, and an environmental crime prosecutor with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. She also served on the Massachusetts Commission on the Future of Transportation in the Commonwealth and the Cambridge Climate Crisis Working Group. Carol Lee earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from Middlebury College.
